normally..i have a bowl of oatmeal with cherries which are canned in the winter or fresh blueberries..also a banana..one cup of coffee. if we are out of that..i will have a onion bagel with a-1 sauce on top...

depends on my mood and the time of year for seasoned fruits..the jams/jellies up here are not well right now..cant wait for june
