We are in Ditka territory now. Not since 1999 has a Saints team lost 7 straight. One more loss and we break the record for most consecutive losses since Tom Benson bought the team. Here’s to Dennis Allen being run out on a rail after he loses next week to Atlanta. We are truly in record setting territory!!!

He shouldn’t even be here next week. We should’ve woken up to alerts saying that he’s been fired.

If you were told at the end of week 2 that the Saints would lose their next 7, what would you have thought?
Before the season, I would have said, that sounds about right. After the first two, I thought maybe I had missed something and they weren't that terrible. Nah, they are as bad as I thought.

The real tragedy is that the man who made the decision to “keep things intact” and promote Allen from within has iron-clad job security.

He has shown he has no clue how to run a successful franchise without a HOF coach and QB - and regardless of when Allen is ousted, Loomis will be the guy directing the rebuild. A rebuild that he clearly delayed for 3 years by kicking the can down the road.
