Have you watched/listened to any of these? There's a great mix of artists playing short, 3 to 4 songs, concerts. One thing that really stands out is the quality of audio. Whoever is mixing these is a master sound engineer. Here is my favorite band, Tower of Power:

Yes, have watched plenty of them. Seems some are longer than just a few songs. Regarding the recording quality, yes it is good. What amazes me, is the youtube channel some artists have, and their ability to record live, in all sorts of settings and surroundings. The quality of some of them are just absolutely amazing. in some cases I'm talking younger kids, recording vocals, multiple acoustic guitars, drums, bass etc etc.. with what sounds like studio recording quality.

The one Wu Tang Clan did last year is phenomenal. Even had ODB's kid doing his parts. He goes by Young Dirty bastage (YDB).

I recall watching Dr. Dog on that show damn near 12 years ago.
