This was my son in laws great uncle. Very close Italian family. Devastating. And the hits keep coming.

I guess I understand the human error, but it doesn't take the grief from the family who was told they had a death, or from the family who suddenly had hope.

I'm actually surprised this doesn't happen more often. Or maybe it does and we don't hear much about it.
