A lot of those video's make the cops look like the real bad guy's but I have side with the cop's on this one (man that tastes funny). The cop wasn't being a turd boy on a power trip he just wanted the guy to take his hands out of his pockets so he could see his hands witch is completely understandable.

When dealing with police, the best thing you can do to put their minds at ease is keep your hands where they can see them. If they don't have a Tazer or other non-lethal option, they just might shoot you if you don't.
