People keep saying it’s not the refs, last 2 weeks penalty yardage 212-23. Nearly 2 football fields difference. That is absolutely unexplainable.

That’s mostly on us. The refs haven’t helped, but we are responsible for most of that.

Dennis Allen is a crony.

Rob Ryan was running a terrible scheme he was ordered to run by Payton, with players like Byrd he did Not ask for (after being successful the year before with his own scheme).

Rob Ryan was an overall mediocre DC but that dumpster fire was Payton’s doing.

You want a defense?

Take the decisions away from Payton. Have the GM be GM and hire a defensive coach Payton must work with.
