If you wanna judge purely on preseason performance, there is no controversy. Our #2 QB is Hill.

I agree but that will remove him from his “gadget” player role. You can’t risk your primary backup at QB playing him on ST or as a RB or at WR. I must admit I’ve been impressed with Hill at QB. I’d love to see him with the starters next week.
