Makes me wonder if it makes since for Roman to have the title if they want him to face Dwayne at WM unless it's already understood Rock is putting him over. But that doesn't make since to me, just like it doesn't make since for the title not to be defended.

I think Dwayne is unlikely for this next Mania if they can't have it in a venue allowed to be at full capacity. I don't think WWE or The Rock would want that match in front of a limited or no crowd.
