It's all about projecting to the NFL level, not necessarily what they did in College. I only saw a couple games of Mario Williams, but i can tell you from the games I saw, he didn't lookk like a first round pick much less the overall #1. It's all about projecting....Rivers could easily be a better Pro than he was College player.
