You have one 24-hour day where for some reason Covid has stopped being a thing. Nobody has it, you can't catch it, the world is back to "normal". Let's say it starts at midnight and ends at the next midnight. At midnight, the world goes back to Covid land, bars and restaurants close, etc.

What do you do? Let's say you have a reasonable amount of money to spend, say $1,000, so you can't jump on a private jet to Paris at midnight and fly back that night. Realistic, normal things that we did pre-Covid.

take a vacation day and work in the yard etc

essential life sucks lol

Walk in a bunch of stores without a fask mask.

Get up and go to breakfast at a diner. Then go to a cookout/pool-party with a bunch of friends.

Then a great date night dinner followed by a club-venue concert.

This is almost identical to what I would do. I'd take my wife shopping for an hour or so in there, because she hasn't been in 3 months. And the grocery store because for some strange reason she says she misses it.

Would also take my kid to the biggest most crowded playground I could find.

Easy. Fly to a different country and ride it out there maybe never to return to the US
