So we filled a portion of one hole. We still need to fill the following positions, WR, CB, DT, S, QB (backup), LB, TE.This front office better get their [Mod edit-staphory] together ASAP!

nevermind, I see it now.

OK what hole did we fill if we need all those holes to be filled?

Nothing like a thread title that sounds like a porn flick. :D
The following is my opinion, although I could have sworn it was mentioned during a wwl game broadcast.

I think another hole may have been filled in the secondary without signing a single player.
Why? I don't think the secondary was getting the play in on a consistent basis.
When that happens, your players will second guess themselves and do boneheaded things.
Things like looking in the backfield, biting on playaction, .etc.
Even McKenzie was doing this ------>:dunno:
Literally.
Those things, and the numbers put up by opposing offenses, are not the result of one player.
I want to see what Dennis Allen can do for this problem, as these past two years are the worst I've seen in Black and Gold.

So our idea of an aggressive free agency is signing guys off of other teams practice squads?

Lets all bow our heads and pray that the guy we got to fill that one hole is able to play, because if he's not ready... then it'll be "Simeneau time" again :covri:
