The current rankings suggest the Saints might be able to get Eason or Herbert without trading up. Both seem to have great measurables and good records. For those who have watched or scouted them, would they fit into the Payton offense?

Herbert is really talented.

He’s also incredibly erratic with both his accuracy and his decision-making.

Eason has talent, too. But touch on the ball seems to be his biggest issue.

The one who intrigues me the most is Jordan Love. Tons of talent, great 2018, but dropped off in 2019 after his coach left along with a lot of his pass-catchers.

A wide back, as in a QB that should be converted to a wide receiver because he's gonna be a bust in the NFL

Herbert, Love, and Hurts will be in the senior bowl next week...something to watch.

It's Pre-Senior Bowl, and Combine interview process but to me there are only 2 Quarterbacks worth picking in the 1st round this year..

they are your most consistent passers and display incredible accuracy, leadership, poise under pressure. All the good qualities you would want to see from a young future franchise QB.

Herbert, and Jordan Love will probably go in the 1st round just out of pure potential. Herbert has proto-typical size and measurables but has issues with decision making and being rattled under pressure. While Jordan Love is coming off a really, really rough season; prior to having a good one so that will raise some flags..
