Hey guys,
My parents are having a problem with Outlook 07.
I will just post what their computer says to do.
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file: C:\Users|Bob and Pat\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.pst. Quit Outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file. For more info about the inbox repair tool, see Help."
This is after they double click on the Outlook icon on their desktop.^^
We have downloaded the scanpst.exe & did what the instructions say to do. We can pull up the files involved but don't know how to move them over so they can be repaired! HELP!!!!!!!
Then they did this. ^^
What can they do?
