He'd been balling for the Panthers the past few weeks. This doesn't bode well for them as they were already lacking playmakers outside of Cam and to a lesser extent McCaffrey.

Playoff teams will force newton to try and beat them. I suspect we would put Lattimore on Fuchness, possibly Crawley on Olsen, leave Williams at deep safety then stack eight in the box to control flairs to CM and Newton running the ball. Teams will be very physical with Newton.

Is Greg Olsen back from injury? I don't believe he played the two times we played them this year. If we play the Panthers in the playoffs, and Olsen plays, he will make the game much harder for us. He seems to play well against us.

Olsen went 3-27-0 against the Bucs who are shorthanded at LB. So although he's back, I'm not sure he's 100%.

They seem to be without a go-to guy at the moment. Bersin, Olsen, McCaffrey, and Funchess are all playing like JAGs. Newton was their #1 rusher again this past week.

The Panthers are very lackluster on offense unless Cam somehow gets hot. The biggest difference I see in a match-up with us in the wild card round is that they'll have Olsen and we won't have Klein who has played extremely well against his old team this year. I'd venture to say that he simply "knew" what Cam was going to call as well as Cam did himself.

I was thinking the last game we played them was GO's first week back, maybe not??

No Panthers, you can’t have Ted Ginn back.

But they just got back Thomas Davis and Johnson from suspension for next week. Their strong defense just got stronger. Keep Cam in the pocket, protect flairs to CM and they lose....

I like it. Olsen down the seam and corner routes scare me as well CMC flaring out, especially to the left for some reason.

Those two defenses are going to knock the snot out of each other. They’re both going to be banged up heading into the playoffs.

They've had a string of injuries that backfired after moving on from Kelvin Benjamin, even though their offense has scored the most points in the league since trading him... Which is odd.

But they can never seem to surround Cam with an offense. Keep that up lmao
