There is an argument to be made there when it comes to OL drafted after the 1st round.

Only 9 OL rookies in draft history have had significant starting time with a Superbowl Championship Team. 7 were drafted after the first round. Of those, 3 were drafted by the Patsies - Matt Light, Dan Koppen, and Bryan Stork.

For the record - his cap number in 2015 was $535K and it was scheduled to be $717K in 2016.
