Thanks for that. It's a great read.

When a guy fights for his life like he has done, i doubt anyone will ever have to doubt his toughness.

We need guys like this.

I think guys like him and Breaux can bring their brand of toughness to our team and thats something we haven't had in a long time.

So let me get this straight:

Kruger was 13 years old and had a 16 year old uncle?

That 16 year old had purchased a new Jeep?

And Kruger's parents gave their blessing to this 16 year old uncle's joyride up the mountain side?

I think at 16, I was trying to decide who was cooler: Snake Eyes or Storm Shadow.

And at 16 I was..... **Self edit** Never mind.

Just different people do different things at different ages.

Thanks for summing up the story though.

wow, very interesting. especially the fact that he is playing in the NFL with only 1 kidney. I had one of my kidneys removed about 6 weeks ago, and everything I've been told is no rough sports (i.e. MMA, rugby, football) and to cut back on protein intake because it's hard on the kidneys. I've played sports and lifted weights for most of my life, so I'd be curious to hear what's his story for thriving in college & the NFL with only 1 kidney.

anyway, great story and glad he's a part of the team.
