Are you serious? 340 lbs??? Man, I'm struggling to lose 30.
I'm down from 250 to 225 so far this year. My goal is 205. I'm 6'2". No alcohol at all this year. A few more salads and Subways. Treadmill for 20 minutes 3-5 times a week. It's in front of a t.v. in my sunroom. A cup of Wu-Yi tea every day for the last month.
