It’s a rare bird that retires on their own terms (ala Barry Sanders) . These are elite athletes and they just don’t want to admit that they are on life support in the profession they have worked in for their whole life.

This kind of motivation can be very effective. We've seen the Saints come out firing after an embarrassing game. Some of their best games over the years have come after a poor performance.

I bet while reviewing the tapes, he realized that abandoning the run in order to get Drew going is no longer an option. Also Marcus Williams needs someone to grab him by the collar and challenge him to tackle like a man.

again. you know this already and didn't need to review film to adjust accordingly. Switching to Hill would need to start being creating and designing, not reviewing history.

CSP has to figure out new and interesting ways to throw a 5yard pass on a weekly basis.
