I understand the size concept, but Okafor over him is just......well just Gentry.

Hayes is too light and not crafty enough to rebound and he doesn't help you on offense if the opponent can prevent him from running down the lane for a dunk. I like him, but he needs some weight and and some seasoning. IMO

Hayes can do a good job 1 on 1 with athletic centers who like the midrange game (LeMarcus Aldridge), but he doesn't have the size or strength to bang down low and his rim protection against guards driving is non existent. He just seems to retreat with his arms up until he is out of the play
