Granted you can't throw to them all the time, but they stepped up today when they needed to. Especially Calloway.

Therein lies the problem. These guys can make hard, clutch catches. But consistency. Consistency to create separation and quick, short, reliable yardage is not there.

Colston situations only happen every so often. Calloway is not as smooth of a route runner as Colston was.

Obviously we'll know more when people get access to the all-22, but I'm going to bet Jameis wasn't holding the ball because he felt like running for his life today. Guys just weren't open.

I think it's more on Winston than Callaway, at this point. Winston freaks out and stares down whoever he's trying to force it too in situations where he should just be getting the ball out of his hands to stay in tempo.

When Thomas and Smith come back all this experience will pay off in terms of receiving depth. I’m also curious to see how Stills does as he gets more familiar with the offense. We seem to have a bunch of #2 and #3 WRs now, yet we’re 2-1 (despite rash of injuries as well).
