The New Orleans Saints returned to their lockers to find hats and T-shirts commemorating the franchise's first playoff berth since 2000.

Most players hastily stuffed them in bags as they dressed and left the stadium looking frustrated.

*Article also includes a pic of Devery Henderson holding up the NFC South Championship t-shirt & hat.*

I'm glad they are focused on bigger things. I think even if they had won this group wouldn't be celebrating too much.

I do hate that they can't even enjoy the Division Championshp because of today's game.

That's okay. It will make them want the next win more!

I hope they are ****** and come back STRONG! :)

Well, I'm really mixed. They deserve this, but boy, today was just a disgusting letdown for what has been a very consistent team. I'm wondering if Payton pushed them too hard this week....

Some great quotes in that article......the team sounds pretty mad and thats a good thing. I cant wait to see how this team reacts to such a poor overall performance.

It sounds like they are gonna try and prove themselves again next week on the road against the giants.

Geez, I'm all choked up for them. They shouldn't enjoy the division championship cause they didn't win it, they got it by default and if this game doesn't wake them up , they'll be backing into the playoffs and getting bounced in the first round.

Default? They won the division by winning 2 more games than any other team in the NFC South, and more division wins than any other NFC South team. If that's by default, help me because I don't know what the word means?

Sure, everybody wanted a win today. What would you have preferred? A loss that caused us to also lose the Division?
