But how long do you think he is gonna be with us before he leaves to be a head coach and do you think he'll make a good one? I know Payton runs a lot of the offense and we won't have much of a drop off (if at all) with out him. I think it would be neat to see him as a HC somewhere.

I think it was Tampa Bay who tried to hire him last year but he wanted to stay here. I think he will be with us as long as Payton is the coach.
