The New Orleans Saints should be an appealing team for fantasy football enthusiasts, based off the latest projections from Pro Football Focus.
With a three-headed monster already in place between quarterback Drew Brees, running back Alvin Kamara, and wide receiver Michael Thomas joined by a fourth weapon in tight end Jared Cook, it’s tough to see other teams fielding as many high-scorers as the Saints. The analysts at PFF aren’t as optimistic about second-tier wideouts Ted Ginn Jr. and Tre’Quan Smith justifying their fantasy draft positions (both are being picked within the top-100 receivers right now), but each player should still earn his keep in the high-flying Saints offense.
Of course the other teams making up PFF’s top four in projected power rankings are also Super Bowl contenders. That group, led by the Saints, includes the Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, and Los Angeles Rams. ...
