Here are the important parts:

The way a certain Saints receiver is dominating this rookie race, we may be forced to find filler, not unlike a broadcaster in a blowout. But before we resort to useless facts and corporate-sponsored trivia, let’s not underrate the contributions of a few noteworthy running backs, nor a heated race for the defensive rookie crown.

The extraordinary has simply become standard for Colston, who set his personal best with 169 receiving yards against the defending Super Bowl champs. Colston isn’t just running away with rookie honors, he leads the entire NFL in receiving and is one of only four receivers with as many as seven TD catches.
Lots of love for Colston.

Reggie's in there as #8 and his status is RISING
Gotta like that. I think Jhari Evans should be in there also.

Most impressive about Colston is that he's continued to do it with All-Pro teammate, Joe Horn, sidelined the last two weeks.

#85 Vernon Davis | TE

REC 5 | YDS 37 | TD 1
Status Alert: OUT

CLICK CLACK!

Did anyone notice that Drew Brees is 3rd in the MVP voting on the side of that ROY article. He has quite a bit of votes for MVP. He behind Manning (1) and Tomlinson (2).

And he's WAY ahead of Ron Mexico, who is under 1%...

exactly. At first I thought a good deal of his success was b/c Horn was taking the top DB from the other team. Then with Horn out, Colston has een getting the attention. And he STILL puts up outstanding numbers!

I think it's funny that the #1 and #2 picks in the draft are being over shadowed by lower round picks on the same side of the ball. Mario isn't even in the top 10 but DeMeco Ryans is #6 and Colston is killing Bush in the race he was supposed to run away with.
