That looks quite cold.

Freeze here means an end to my macro season and no more excuses for BHM to avoid submitting photos.

First with Canon 50D + MP-E 65mm f/2.8 macro + MT-24EX macro flash, all others with 300mm f/4L IS + 1.4x Kenko Pro 300, click for full size.

I told her I did not want pecans in my French Toast.

In all seriousness, the wife goes out for a walk at 2:30am or so after we get home from the bar. We're both pretty drunk and she decides she wants to walk our two dogs. One is older and easy to walk but one is around 6 months and is a total bizarre psycho of a dog. I warm up some Jambalaya and settle in to watch the last Walking Dead. Just as I'm getting into it she comes through the door, completely zombie...staggering towards me, blood just gushing freakin' everywhere. It took us probably 30 mins or so to stop the bleeding. Told her it probably needed stitches but she was having nothing to do with that. And that's what it looks like today. To the best of her recollection, she tripped over the puppy and doinked her head on the pavement.

So this is before it was falling down?

LOL...more techincally, it was before they tore it down and paid millions of dollars to ship it brick by brick to Arizona and rebuild it on land and then dig a channel under it so it was actually spanning water.
