I disagree. The Rams will get beaten by Seattle and SF. The Cowboys could win the East with 7 wins.

I think you have to go with the Rams. NFC West should beat up each other pretty good. A ten win team might take that division, maybe eleven. The NFC East, the Cowboys could run away with it and win 11+ games. It is not too early to start thinking #1 seed. This year, only the #1 seed gets a BYE!
