1975, 76 and 77

The Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Damned, Generation X and Stiff Little Fingers were all cranking up during these years. And, the Ramones were already on the scene.

I'd add the Dead Kennedys, but they didn't come along until '78.

I would have to go with 2020, 2021, and 2022. This way I can listen to all the music in the past and two future years.

1970-72....We still had all the great 60's bands (albeit the last go round for most), Hendrix, the Beatles, the Doors, etc....but we also had the up and coming prog/pyschodelic movement with Pink Floyd, Zep, Genesis, Yes, King Crimson, ELP.....

Basically music back then centered around musicianship...and the influences from those bands is very much felt still today.....
