Just saw this on the net so sorry if it's already posted. Right now we're a the first wildcard team based on our division record and our conference record (2nd best in the conference). We're still in great shape right now since all but one of our losses have been against AFC teams.

Just as Rob-G hinted, one factor many haven't looked at is that the Saints only have ONE conference loss (thus far).

That's huge this late into the season.

Hopefully we'll end up with only one conference loss but it'll be tough since we paly the Cowboys and Giants on the road.
