One of the best games ever made. Any one else feel the same? The Bridge Constructor wasn't as good, but since Half Life is coming up with a new game, there is hope that Portal 3 might come some day.

I had fun with Portal but never cared enough for it to finish it out. I have Portal 2 on Steam but have never even given it a try. I guess I just never got into it like other people did. It's obviously an extremely clever game though, it just didn't do much for me for whatever reason.

Not sure what I liked more, the puzzles, or the sarcastic humor. You ever try No One Lives Forever 2? That one was hilarious also. Apparently, the ownership of the N.O.L.F. is up in limbo, so that series is more than likely dead. It was classic. I think a game (like movies) can be judged if it's worth playing again.

Oh well, to each his own. I think it had British humor, but some don't like the dry humor. lol I thought it was hilarious.

Nolf 2 is one of my favorite games of all time. It's too bad we likely won't see another. There's a lot of character dialogue that only comes up every so often so it rewards extra play throughs.

I never did play portal. Is it worth it? Is there a story line?

Portal doesn't have a real in depth story line like The Last of Us, but is probably one of the most original first person shooters ever, and has plenty of humor. It's more about having patience and being able to find solutions, while being constantly insulted. The insults are meant to make you laugh, rather than insult your intelligence. lol.

It's not about mowing down enemies, but rather solving puzzles. You have to give it about an hour and have an open mind, because it's not your standard Doom/Wolfenstein/Tom Clancy type game.

Brennan, if you love zelda, youre going to love portal.

I wasn't a fan of Zelda, but can honestly say, Portal seems much more than a game. It has a little bit of sci-fi in it. I would say, it's better than the Star Wars movies, since when you complete a game, you feel like you accomplished something.

If you like Zelda, then maybe you will like Portal. Did you like Zelda ktulu?

Thanks. Now I just need a system to play it on. I've got my PC that can run it just fine but it's in my office where I don't spend much time any longer. Kids really change your life. haha.

Yes I do, almost all of them. The direction I drew was the puzzle solving. Portal and Zelda are similar in that fashion.

Do you play the newer Zelda games? Just curious if they changed the format on the newer systems from Nintendo, or does it stay true the NES playing style? I liked the Dungeons and Dragons game on Intellivision, if anyone remembers.

My son and I still play Breath of the wild daily. There's a whole thread on it here somewhere.

I've long 'beaten' breath of the wild. But I still put in an hour or more at a time just exploring. It's probably the best game I've ever played. I mean, it's the only game my wife will actually watch me play. It's a dream come true. ;)

Nice. On Nintendo I liked Mario Kart, Super Mario, sport's games, and Donkey Kong Country. Currently have the Wii U and Wii, not really thinking about the Switch. My old job had the Nintendo Switch there, so tried out the new Mario Kart. I like Nintendo's style though, they try to keep the games fun, and less tech. I think Madden was ruined by the complications of controls. It's unplayable at this point, maybe that's why it's a professional's game now?
