One of the TE's would be the FB. There just aren't enough roster spots to carry a backup FB.

We had this happen a couple years ago when both Karney and our backup FB (name slipping me) went down early in the season. We had TEs fill in then as well.

FB seem to have relatively long careers in the NFL which would seem to work contrary to what their jobs typically are. I would think making a living as a human battering ram would be a short lived endeavor.

Morgan will play WLB, not SLB.....according to Mike Detillier. If healthy,

WLB - Morgan
MLB - Vilma
SLB - Fujita
