I'll try to grab a picture of my Native Slayer Propel the next time I go. I don't have any gadgets on it but it's a great boat.

This is my Versaboard and the loaner pelican. Thinking about getting a Vibe Maverick or Kaku Wahoo to go along with them. I started out in kayaks, but the Versaboard made me partial to hybrids.

Today I saw a BlueSky Kayak. It's a tandem solo pedal drive.
cost 3,500 completely rigged for fishing. I think it's revolutionary and probably the best fishing kayak out there right now. It can fit in the bed of a truck. Weighs less than 145 lbs and has wheels mounted for easy maneuvering on land. You can sit high above the waterline which is a big plus when sight fishing.
They're developing a battery motor that will swap out with the pedal drive with the turn of a few screws.

Check it out.

I've seen them in person. It's cool but has some definitely drawbacks, especially in LA. Pedal drives with props don't always work super well when it's shallow and grassy, which is quite often. This is obviously not something that will paddle easily. Also, it demands a truck bed or a trailer. There's no tossing it on the roof of your vehicle. But I did see a couple in Grand Isle and they did the trick there in the open water.
