The US needs a re-boot of its political system -- at a minimum, new Representatives and Senators....all current ones thrown out.

Term limits -- 2 for Senate and 3 for HOR ; 6 total years for HOR, 12 for Senators. After that....get out.

President -- 1 term of 6 years -- incumbents are so much more likely to be re-elected, so it's a wash -- plus, at ;east 2 years of 8 years are spent campaining and approving cabinet.
