How do you think COVID-19 will effect Mardi Gras 2021? Do you think a fee will be charged to attend the parades and other festivities during that time frame? I mentioned fee charge because that may be a way of minimizing the big crowds, which can start the return of the virus.

Somehow I dont think starting a caste system for mardi gras would be too popular

Giving a large crowd a good reason to riot seems like a bad idea
