So, I was listening to NPR that the guy resigned. No one thought he was upset. He wasn't told to resign.

This true?

Then, what the heck was his reason?

I wouldn't have known anything about this if you hadn't started this thread. Thank-you Blue Dog. I've been hearing that since he was a former employee he still had access to areas. I am guessing that changing his access in a more timely manner could have prevented some deaths.
