Hey guys, sorry it's been so long but I'm just getting a chance to get on SR.
I got an e-mail last night to ask people to gather baby supplies to bring to the family for Christian's coming home party. He's actually going home. This past Sunday we found out he had been breathing on his own and doing well. Now he's coming home. I don't know when exactly but that is a miracle for sure. He's 10 days old today. Way to go Christian and thanks for all the prayers. Praise be to God alone. He still works miracles. They didn know if he'd ever come home.

I'm very happy for everyone!! Having gone through 3 second-term miscarriages with my first wife (the first at 22 weeks) I know well the joy a successful birth can bring. There is also the added benefit of not taking your child for granted, because you have seen the alternative.
