we played and awful team and a broken team. our defense was horrible. we're not top 5 yet.

Yeah maybe everyone is being a little too optimistic but that's the fun part about being 2-0 and putting up the numbers that we have in the last 2 weeks. If you're not satisfied with the last two games, you're a hard fan to please.... Especially since you're a Saints fan. This kind of stuff doesn't happen much around here. Enjoy it.

When have rankings in general NOT been a joke? There just some dudes opinion that just so happens to get published because he got a journalism degree and made friends with the right people to land an easy gig.


I'd be more happy going into the bye week undefeated than cracking the top 5 in some arbitrary power rankings.

I vote for this. I have been listening to the commentary all afternoon and it seems that everyone is dismissing this win because McNabb was injured. I fully expect the Eagles to be ahead of us. Number 7 or so. Why should we even care? We need to keep winning. Lack of respect is a great motivator.

Right now the only team who plays like us, are the Ravens......they should be the only team worthy of being mentioned with being in the same league with the Saints.....and I'm not so sure if they are or should be ahead of us.....

As I watch the Giants Cowboys game....neither of these 2 look even as good as the Eagles......the Vikes might be getting there by game 10-11....but right now I only see the Ravens worthy of being our equal....

I thought about this after the game I hope it isn't too high, but I am afraid it will be. I would be happy if it was no greater than 6 or 7 because we have a lot to prove and I don't want the team to become overconfident.
