This is my guess, too.Seems pretty obvious to me right now (switch 4 and 5 however you want)...
1. Mike Thomas
2. Tedd Ginn Jr
3. Tre'Quan Smith
4. Emmanuel Butler
5. Keith Kirkwood
6. Deonte Harris

40 times in underwear are meaningless. I wish they'd run it in full pads so we can see what their football speed is.
Ingram was never a burner but posted the fastest speed (like 22 mph) in a game on a long run last year out of all the RB's in the league.
I love me some mark Ingram......but no he didn’t.

Might just be the Ojo Effect. I think he'll end up being the first priority for PS.
He came pretty close in that 49er game a couple of seasons ago.
How the hell you remember that? Lol. Week 9, 2016, Mark Ingram hit 21.31 MPH on a 75 yard run
Maybe it was fastest at that point of the season or something. I remember the announcers or talking heads at halftime talking about it with the speed he was running in graphics over the play. And it very well have been the 49ers game from a few seasons ago ANKOMA33 is talking about.I love me some mark Ingram......but no he didn’t.

You know, I also see that Butler is a good receiver...but, in preseason, I have seen him drop a few passes that hit him right in the hands...that bugs me...on the other hand, every pass I have seen to Humphries has not only been a catch, but a huge play, momentum changing plays...the guy is a beast..yet, the team, and the board seem to not notice this. I say if we don't keep him, he will end up on a team and help them to kick our uh....you know..I say sign the man...I am OK with keeping any of the other receivers in contention..This is my guess, too.
