Im dying just got the game and getting frustrated, i dont know how to lockdown on def. amongst other things, can someone tell me how and is there a website with other info the booklet had to leave out

It is tough, playing on PS3 I still haven't fully got to grips with it.
I tend to just drive hard to the basket. I think L2 and R2 are sprint and post up moves, but I don't know any of the more complicated ones like cross overs and stuff.
