QB’s Brees Will Outlast (1 Viewer)

The other day I heard a talking head ask if San Diego should move on from Philip Rivers. It got me thinking that Brees has succeeded better than his successor. How many other qbs will Brees outlast that he came into the league with. One Manning is gone and the other may be on his way out. Ben rothlesburger may be out within a few seasons. And all this after Brees had that shoulder injury that many wanted to write him off after. He’s an iron man for sure.

He has outlasted all the QBs he came into the league with in his draft class of 2001. Mike Vick was the only other QB of significance in their class.

He outlasted Carson Palmer who came after him and will probably outlast Eli Manning and Phillip Rivers. Maybe Ben who also was in a later classes. Many starting QBs have come and gone since 2001 it's difficult to count them all.
