I have this TV for about 4 months now, recently I accidently pulled the power strip out of the wall causing everything to turn off. Well when I turned it back on, the color is beyond distorted. I have searched online for an answer but cannot find one. Does anyone perhaps have an answer?

Only thing I could suggest is to check all of your wires and make sure they are all snug and in place. Also, is the color distortion visible with all the different sources?

This sounds right to me - especially if you're using component cables (instead of HDMI).

If it's not that, you might try going into the settings and doing a factory reset. You should then recalibrate your set, of course.

That exactly what I was thinking... component cables. I had to keep my response to a minimum because for some reason I was only able to see with one eye last night. But that's another problem for another thread. It also could be from a loose HDMI cable that is not handshaking correctly. I have a Panny plasma as well and the HDMI inputs is one of the things where the quality is not up to snuff. That's one of my only complaints about it though.

To the OP, trying changing your inputs depending what you using already. Troubleshoot by swapping hdmi/component by using different inputs and/or sources. I don't see how the power cutting off would've screwed up your tv, well not on a Panny anyway, which IMO is the most underrated TV brand, by far. My power strip is connected to an outlet that is meant for a light, thus it can be turned on/off by a light switch on the wall. Unfortunately, I do what you did often.
