So I feel like an old man Get off my Lawn even asking this.

Was the stadium sound system/music uncomfortably loud?

I’ve lived in Charlotte for 16 years. I’ve been to a lot of games at BOA, but none in at least 3 years, maybe 4. I don’t ever remember the sound system being that effing loud…constantly. Even my 11yo thought it was crazy loud.
We were in 300 level so admittedly close to the speakers, but that’s where I’ve sat in most of my visits there.
Am I just crazy?

Charlotte, like Atlanta, is a big transplant town, so the fervor for the local teams isn't as high as a place like NOLA. They probably pump in extra noise to make up for a more casual fan base.

Definitely felt like they we’re compensating for a smaller crowd today and fellow local Saints friend mentioned that.
I will say that the stadium can get loud without all the BS music. I’ve heard it.
