Whats sad about the raiders, is not only are they a total mess, but they are rebuilding totally wrong. In 2-3 years, after a few 7-9 seasons, they are gonna be in total cap hell and the pain will just last even longer.

I don't agree, the free agents they signed were all pretty young, and they have their franchise QB already.
They could add McFadden to the mix on draft day and end up with a much better offensive attack, i wouldn't count them out for a turn around season.
Things can change drastically in the NFL from year to year.
