Expect Saffold to be released, or very unhappy.

I think Long would have been a dream signing. It would be similar to losing Nicks but picking up Grubbs. Not necessarily skill wise (as Long would be an upgrade to Bushrod), but in terms of filling a need with a good player.
That said, I'd love to see the Saints bring in someone like Vollemer or Smith if their price isn't too steep. Vollemer has injury issues, but is very talented. That wouldn't worry me as the Saints have a capable stop gap/back up LT in Brown and need a good starter.
