You missing some places like the EAST, Westbank, River parishes etc.

1. Moss st by the Cabrini Bridge (right on bayou st john - cuz bayou st john/city park)
2. Any of the houses that back onto Audobun park btw st charles & magazine (cuz Audubon park)
3. House & houseboat in the marina (cuz lake pontchatrain)

You also forgot the Marigny, Bywater and gentilly...

Mid City
Bywater/Marigny
LGD

Since money isn't an object:

FQ/Warehouse District in Jan (Super Bowl)
Uptown in Feb/March (Mardi Gras)
Bayou St John in April/May (Jazz Fest)
Lakeview in Summertime
Warehouse District Sept-Dec (Saints season)

Could you define "Old Lakeview?" Just curious what you mean...

this being NO there's actually a few "old lakeviews"
1. before the lakefront fill in and 610 - this is essentially from city park to robt e lee (before the fill in robt e lee to the lake was mostly marsh)
2. after 610 it was essentially from 610 to the lake
3. super-old lakeview (not even sure if it was called lakeview then) was when the pontchatrain/west end neutral ground was a canal that flowed into Basin
-- if i remember my old neighbor's old stories, "lakeview" was between city park and the west end canal
and the number streets (pont. blvd to 17th st canal/metairie) was a kind of bucktown fishing village

That's why I wanted his definition.

City Park and Robert E. Lee run don't run parallel to each other. I thought Old Lakeview was Robert E. Lee to the north, City Park to the east, Florida Blvd. to the south, and West End to the west.

Edit: Do you mean the Navarre neighborhood?
