They are the only teams i see especialy the ravens right now playing who tackle people by the neck or grab the helmet and no flags is this legal?

Does this mean that you've only seen these teams do it vs. the Saints? I see alot of teams do this week to week. It really depends on the position of the defensive player as to where the ball carrier is tackled. I think you are confusing the "horse collar" tackle with what you're seeing.

This technique is not a "team" specific thing. Now if you wanna talk chop blocking then Denver and Atlanta seem to be the main culprits.

no i watch a lot of teams play these stand out with this type of tackle. They run up basically put you in a head lock and drive you to the ground. I find the AFC east does this. I think a lot of teams have to adapt to their division so all the teams in the AFC east do this type of tackle

So only the AFC North does this? (It is the North mind you, not the East)

I'm sorry. I have seen different. It's absurd to think that only teams from one division tackle a certain way. How would tackling a certain way help you "adapt to your division"?

Sorry, I just don't agree with this.
