It's growing more likely that Ravens starting LG Alex Lewis won't play this weekend against the Saints. Lewis suffered a scary moment in the Titans game where an apparent neck injury had him carted off on the board with the stabilizer on his neck. Thankfully, Lewis only suffered a pinch nerve and is considered day-to-day. But it appears that anticipation of his availability this week is very ambitious. Coach Harbaugh yesterday suggested his return would be in the coming weeks - as opposed to Harbaugh's suggestion earlier in the week that Lewis could play Sunday.
So if Lewis is out, the Ravens have options, but each requires a rookie to start against the Saints:

So if Lewis is out, the Ravens have options, but each requires a rookie to start against the Saints:
If Lewis misses the Saints game, the Ravens could either plug sixth-round rookie Bradley Bozeman in his place at left guard or shuffle the line around.
Third-round rookie Orlando Brown could step in at right tackle, pushing James Hurst inside to left guard.

When Lewis went out on Sunday, Hurst briefly moved from right tackle to left guard, and rookie Orlando Brown Jr. filled in at right tackle. But Hurst was shifted back to right tackle and rookie Bradley Bozeman lined up at left guard.
The Ravens could continue with Bozeman at left guard or go back to Hurst at left guard and Brown at right tackle. Bozeman, the third of three sixth-round picks in April, said making the first start of his career would be thrilling.
