Recommendation for software/app/ or programming instructions that can output Java Script code (1 Viewer)

What I have is a HTML5 program that pulls assigned variables from a Java Script file. I want end users to be able to change these variable without going in and having to edit a java script file. So I am hoping that I can find some sort of interface that will give them forms they can fill in and when they are done it creates a new java script file and replaces the previous file.


My Java Script skillz are low level, but I am working to develop them. I can build the forms, but don't know how to make it have an output that will create a new java script file.

Is there something already out there that I haven't found or can someone help me upgrade my Java Script skills?
