This game wasn't on my radar (hadn't even heard of it before this thread) and it's now the game I'm most looking forward to. I read a long two part interview with Houser about this game on IGN.

It's basically a Western GTA by the creators of GTA. I'm pumped about this!

I cant wait for this game, loved the first one. I just hope its longer like a GTA game.

According to Houser, there will probably less overall missions than a GTA game. But the missions themselves will be longer. There will be a checkpoint system in the missions so you don't have to start over if you fail.

There also seems like there's going to be a ton of non-mission based things to do. A hunting game that looks interesting as well as various people you'll come across.

I was looking at different trailers and movies for some upcoming games and found a video someone made where they edited the video to only show the actual game play parts. You can see him at the end of the video using the dead eye mode like in the show downs from Red Dead Revolver. Cannot wait for this....

I've never played Red dead anything OR gun...

but after watching that gameplay video above I have to say it does look promising. Being able to hog tie an enemy and drag them behind your horse pretty much sold it for me lol
