I think Miami is trying to build a team with no talent they pass on a lot of good players they could sign and don't re-sign there only good ones

They are probably totally content on passing on Brees in 06

I'm worried the Bucs could try to complement Martin with him. Atlanta is doubtful because Rodgers is a poor man's Bush.
