I live in Mckinney, TX and work at childrens medical center in dallas, and when I went back to work Monday night I made my own. On a white undershirt I put the score 42-17 and "Get Some" on the front of the shirt. When I got to work I took my scrub top off and worked all night in my under shirt.


Lots of Crow and Humble Pie was being eaten that night.

no. jake started the next year when we beat them on christmas eve. I think kerry collins was starting in 1998 for the game we are talking about.

Yeah, we owned Emmitt in that game. I remember I gave my cowboys co-worker grief the next day (I had to put up with his Cowboys this & Cowboys that talk all week leading up to the game). It seems like it was around 1997 somewhere in there (but I am not good with dates)

I think it was a Jake Delomme game. That is what I have been telling folks. I remember while at the game I didn't realize the number for Emmit rushing. Then when we were leaving I heard folks talking about that.

I have that T-Shirt and wore it at the Shreveport pre-season tailgate party. Chan Gailey said in the Dallas press conference that it was the "worst butt kicking in Cowboy's history" and it sorta stuck!

The game didn't have Jake in it, that was a couple of years after, the 22-3 game was Kerry Collins quarterbacking for us--I remember specifically because in that game he hit Andre Hastings for like a 93 yard touchdown. It was Emmitt Smith's worst rushing performance as a pro, we literally dominated Dallas. I remember I was upset because there was one incident in which wither Wayne Martin or Joe Johnson had Troy Aikman in the end zone and he just threw it where there was no one present (and as we all know if you intentionally ground the ball in the end zone it's a safety), I felt the refs were just trying to help Dallas, like they always.
